StarFighters uses a Stat Tracking Sytem based on a script by Carrie O'Kaye.
Each Furre that enters the Dream is assigned a random ID and every action that makes a difference is recorded and saved within the dream using Dragonspeak until the Dream or Server is Reset.
My LOCK and LOAD system allows players to create and save character IDs with a random 5 digit password. A player can then restore thier saved character using thier password when they return to the dream until the Dream is Reloaded or a Game Reset clears all IDs and saved data.
NOW with the Integrated DreamStats System (IDS) that allows you to Clone your ID and Restore Critcal Stats even after the dream is reloaded!

The Game:
The Game begins where SpaceQuest: Project Genisis left off.
Though the Nox were defeated and New Genisis was recolonized, the Nox continue thier invasion and have recaptured all the planets of the Genisis System. It has become much more difficult to recapture the planets from the Nox as resources have become limited and it has become nessicary to mine the asteroids near Alpha Base to build the devices need to recapture and defend the planets.
To the best StarFighters the Invaders in Space are nothing more than pest that are easily eliminated, but reclaiming the planets can be very difficult. It will take a Powerful StarFighter, as well as a good deal of money and resources to reclaim the planets.
Teams can be created to make the process easier, though there is the possibility that Teams could be pitted against one another in the Challenge to Control the Planets and Rule the Genisis System.

Every Furre must have a unique ID number to track thier stats (supports 150 IDs)
Level & Exp
Each Level-up resets experience to 0. And increases your base Power by 1.
After Level 10 each reset adds 500 credits to your characters account.
Power
Power is your base power multiplied by your weapon power.
Energy use is based on the value or modifier of your weapon.
Status
Group Affiliation or Faction: Team Leader, Team (member), Privateer (solo)
Rank
Is Based on the Nox Invaders you have shot down. Rookie, HotShot, TopGun
Credits
Amount of Credits in your ID account
Lock / Password Make Password / Change Password / See Password
Team Password
Team Leaders Only have Team Password and command to change Password

USE from a planet to invite a player is INVITE ID#,
INVITES ON allows another player to warp you to thier planet
INVITES OFF you will get a Message you are being Invited but will not warp.
Beam Weapon
All + weapon values are a modifier of your base energy and equal your energy consumption for each use.
Photons
ON/Off Toggle

Direct Damage is in the same range as Beam Weapons
Indirect damage to players that move into them as well as clear fighting and damage debree faster than conventional Beam Weapon.
Recharger
Maximum of 10 Charges used to Recharge Ship Energy to MAX Energy
Cargo
Hold Ore and Metal up to 100 units each that can be sold for credits or used to buy and build devices to capture and defend a planet.

Buying and Selling:
There are Merchant Interface Computers (MIC) distributed throughout the game where StarFighters can BUY Weapon Upgrades and other Ship Improvements and SELL metal and ore that they have mined and collected from the Asteroids. You can also sell back any Weapon Upgrade you may have bought setting it back to +1.
On New Genisis there is an NPC merchant that sells items needed to Capture, Defend, and Customize Planets.
Moving into the MIC or Merchants Counter will show a list of what's available and the prices.
Say BUY (item name) to buy or SELL (item name) to sell.


StarFighter Lounge:
When it's time to Relax go to the StarFighter Lounge where you can buy dinner and drinks, listen to music or play the Slot Machines and if you're lucky become rich.


Teams:
StarFighters supports as many Teams as there are players!
That's right now YOU and your friends can create your very own Team and if you capture a Planet it becomes the Team's private sanctuary to develop and defend. Say MAKE TEAM to create a Team if you have 100 credits.
The Team Creator becomes the Team Leader and has a password they can whisper to other players that will allow them to Join thier Team.
Note that ship color is based on Bracer color if you choose to use ship colors for your Team.

Planets:
There are 6 planets that the Nox or a Team can control.
To capture a planet you must first destroy the Defense Grid so that you may land on the planet.
Then you must place a Biodome on the designed spot to prevent the Nox from retaking the planet.
To defend the planet you must then place a Defense Grid of your own after which only players of the same "faction" (Privateer or Team) may safely pass through the defense grid and land on the planet. The defense grid can then be upgraded to a maximum of level 10.
Additional upgrades to the planet include a Base Kit, Mining Unit, and Hologram Projector.


Lock and Load:
This exclusive feature allows you to LOCK your ID and return later and restore your stats.
Just say LOCK to generate a random 5 digit password! (10000 possible passwords)
Then, when you return or need to reload your ID just type [LOAD <password>
Stats are autosaved with every action by the DS and remain until the Dream is Reloaded or Reset.


IDS Integrated DreamStats System:
Combining the best of both worlds (Dream Data Storage and Furbot DataBase)!
I've mangaed to create a Bot that can store you DreamStats and Reload them when the Dream is reloaded. Say JOIN in game to be added to the IDS Database, then anytime you say LOCK the Bot will copy your current DreamStats. If the Bot doesn't respond when you LOCK your Stats they haven't been stored into it's Database, but the normal LOCK and LOAD system is still functional.
The Main function of the IDS is to be able to restore your stats with each ReUpload of the Dream.
